(This is based on a dream from a few years back. In this world the races were more or less working together, the dragons doing stuff other races couldn't do and, in exchange, they got food and cared for in return. After the old queen "vanished", the new one was more about prestige than keeping the clan healthy. The clan suffered and decayed. Here, the queen gives another speech to her clan)
