Kongou, from Kantai Collection. Some battle cardgame based on World war 2, where every girl is a human version of a historical ship.
Another drawthread request, done as a milestone to see how I'm developing my abilities. I haven't done much clothing study yet, so this one was a challenge, outfit being so complex.
