Meet Vienne, an OC originally created to be a mascot, but lost the contest to decide it. I decided not to just give her up, though.

Vienne is an artificial demoness created with the sole purpose of thinning out the Earth's overpopulation. She generally likes swallowing people the size they are, but her hat is equipped with a special spray that shrinks giants to meet her height. Her bionic arm allows her to carry any person regardless of weight and her tail (which has a mind of its own) gives Vienne an extra option if she were to ever lose access to her mouth. She never wears a shirt because she would always have to replace whatever one she wears.

Vienne uses a power of suggestion to coerce prey into willingness, only using force when absolutely necessary.
