I'm glad you liked it! I agree that I could have put more teasing in, but I decided to make the focus more on domination than overt cruelty though (although one could argue either way on the psuedo-rape). I also purposely left the end open-ended, so that the reader could decide themselves whether it was fatal or non-fatal, though I suppose it leans more towards fatal. Thanks for the suggestions!
