Lol damn !! I was thinking just yesterday of creating myself some character that could stock immense amounts of food without having much of a belly and then having her unexpectedly need to "go", resulting in a similar monstrosity to the last panel above~ Only I was imagining my scene indoors, in a crowded public place... :3
