This is an Artists' Choice. The characters and idea came from BlondeVelvet as well as the art. It's all their work, I only sponsored their time.
So, a few pranksters built a zapper. Good for them. They try it out on a well endowed girl. Not so good for them, because Serrah is a police woman from a special department. And she doesn't like people violating the law... So, she gives them a little time-out.
But, as horny as these young people can be, it might have the opposite effect...
