Um. Just one kawaii stomach, LOL. Partly inspired by the tiny icon from "Don't Starve". You should constantly check it, to make sure your character is not starving. But actually, just a random stomach asking for food. :3 Not sure if this is a fetish thing, done just for fun. :P
