This was the first alien critter that Kera encountered. They apparently label themselves as the Mythos. In reality they have no physical form, no shape when they first appear. This is what the first one looked like after some searching through kera's memory, both of the remnants of his former life and his new one. It appears that they take a hybrid shape, using influence from a species be it real (such as a lion, jaguar) or fictional (such as zerg, nimbats, lombaxs) and also from some intangible, mythological species such as the Loch Ness monster, Fenrir, or Labbu

It would appear they a majority of this species is herm in nature, though as we have just met them it is too early to tell that there aren't ones of one particular gender
