There's a hentai game based on a Tower of Druaga NES game that is hard to play but has interesting enemies.

This is an unfinished version where 3 enemies did not appear in the finished one. This features one of them.

The original animation includes an internal hentai scene but I switched that out and just looped the bulging and reused some audio from other hentai scenes.
