"Sudden Severe Inverted Lactation Attack (S.S.I.L.A.) is a rare but dramatic condition that affects a little number of women between their puberty and their menopause.
The origin is still unknow, but the attacks affect the patient especially outside of natural lactation period, and the attack can be triggered by any stimulus that could cause normal lactation, but also, in severe case, by simple sexual arousing or even cold environment.
the active phase of the disorder is caracterized by a rapid expansion the whole chest along with a powerful suction by the nipples, sometimes able to engulf large objects, that are then carried away deeply into the mammal lobules of the patient, where they undergo a metabolism that turns them into mammary gland cells and ultimately in milk, usually causing violent episodes of lactation in the next few hour.
Field observation leads me to consider the condition as very lethal, but, fortunately, no for the afflicted subject..."
