This is really wonderfully done. Apart from the pose looking nice along with a good hefty belly, and nice looking hair, the motion/ change aspect of the gif is just beautiful. I really love how it isn't all Synch'ed together, the changing face gives someone a moment of being confused before the full effect sets in. I also like the extra faces on the gut for that added horror~
As for critique the only thing I could possibly suggest would be neater or smoother lines, her legs might look a bit small as well in relation to the top half, or perhaps her head is just a bit too big. Either way though, I really love this idea.

I think my weird style accounts for the oversized heads, plus the gut hides a lot of the body making it less proportional than my initial sketches :/

Also my lines are still pretty bad. I had a nice setting to make them tapered like a paintbrush but I forgot the settings, so back to using normal mspaint styled pencil tool, which I don't really mind/prefer.

Really gotta fix them lines :<

I seen this video, and let me tell ya... besides having GTS scenes, but I also saw an unbirth seen as well... ^_^;
