Sue is from a still unnamed kobold village that Vincent randomly wandered into and ate that one time. The kobolds believe that Vincent is the subject of a prophecy made by one of their oracles that dictates as follows:
"One day the one who has Shadows for Scales will arrive, and with him will come a time of prosperity and plenty. However he will bring with him a great hunger, which if not fed will spell doom for our tribe."
When Vince arrived the village had been under an oppressive drought and was running low on all manner of supplies, which is why the kobolds simply decided to feed themselves to him for the good of the tribe. When all the kobolds he ate were reformed the next day, and the drought ended, they determined he must be the one mentioned in the prophecy and have been feeding him since.

Sue here is the greatest caster in that village, and specializes in both magical spells and crafting traps. She's an expert at tracking down prey and making sure they're rendered docile so that they may be brought back to the tribe for food. Of course, she's been working overtime since Vincent arrived, pushing herself to trap bigger and badder prey to sate his hunger.

Of course a girl's gotta eat, and she too is a pred, but not nearly to the degree that Vincent is. She's capable of swallowing up to 4 human-sized furs, which doesn't sound like much, but for a 3' kobold is pretty impressive. Of course, she believes in making use of her whole body, and can easily store her prey in her womb as well. Her abilities derive from magical enhancements she's made to her own body to make up for her rather small stature. The Runes are as follows:
Mouth: Allows her to stretch her mouth wide enough to take in large prey
Womb: Allows her to take in prey through 'alternative' means (Naturally this is safer for her prey as she cannot digest them this way)
Stomach: What allows her stomach to contain as much prey as it does. However as a secondary ability she can turn her body into a sort of extradimensional space. Seeing as she's too weak to carry around much prey, she can shrink her belly down to its normal size and nullify almost all of its weight temporarily. Even when completely stuffed with prey, she can make herself appear normal for a couple hours per day, allowing herself to move around unnoticed, at least for awhile. Once it wears off her belly returns to its expected size, possibly pinning her if she's eaten too much.

She's too weak to reliably take prey head-on, so her usual MO involves employing tracking and stealth combined with both magical and mechanical traps. She doesn't so much as sleep without a few traps nearby to keep her safe, and when out on the prowl she'll figure out where her prey is most likely to show up, and then can quickly rig the area with traps through either magical runs or her Trapmaker's sack. Once the prey is incapacitated, after a little taunting, she's free to stuff that prey anywhere she pleases. She also keeps a large bag of holding with her to store extra prey in if she gathers too much for her own body.

Spells:
Sue is a Sorceress, so she has a lot of spells at her disposal. Her spells are much more powerful and varied compared to Vincent's, whom she barely considers to be a caster at all. Naturally she has some general purpose utility stuff, as well as basic evocation spells for combat. Naturally she's very good with illusion, teleportation, and invisibility spells. Like Vincent, she has a few spells relating to vore, making prey tastier or easier to swallow, as well as helping keep it down or digest it more quickly. As mentioned before she has a variety of trap runes, from proximity based explosive runes, to binding rays, and many more. She can also buff her allies and reform prey, including prey swallowed by other people if she can get to them soon enough.
When inside another predator's stomach, which is rare unless it's a friendly predator like Vincent, she is capable of helping them in various ways. She can heal them with her body, or cast spells through theirs, seeing through their senses while remaining safely tucked away in their stomach.

Vincent picked her out when trying to choose a representative for the kobold village, which is how they started traveling together. He's found her incredibly useful as she can simply teleport in prey from the village for him to sate his hunger with, and she loves feeding preds like him the meals she detains with her traps.
