Something of an idea that started bouncing around after I read a blog detailing the idea of a caretaker finding some creature that eventually grows up and becomes capable of taking care of the caretaker... (Yeah, I messed that explanation up...)

Anyway... This is also my first public attempt at First Person narrative writing... I'm honestly not sure how well I did with it...

Then there came the problem of the ending... It just didn't feel satisfying to me, so I tacked on another one... Then another... Then another... I was about to add yet another, from the perspective of a historian, (I even got two paragraphs into it...) when I finally said; "Nope, that's it... It ends right there!" (I didn't actually say that, it's more how I feel, else this would probably still be on my desktop, annoying me)

Eh... That's a long description... I think I'll go cower in my corner now...
