The One Armed Bandit, Leader of the Jackpot Gang. Veteran of the <placeholder> war where he lost his arm by being shot with a canon. He later got his arm replaced with the hunk of brass and death you see before you. it's steam powered and actuated by him moving his stump of an arm in the socket. it can also be operated by the override handle. He is a ruthless greedy SOB who learned that to have power is the have control. And because of that belief he has a few small towns under his control.

Scarlet, second in command and lover of OAB. She's a true nutcase and highly unpredictable, very quick and agile. Her sting has an extremely powerful nerotoxin that kills in an extremely painful way.

Arrie, the bruser of the group and master blaster. Her Bony plates are practically bulletproof, and her gun, is actually a cannon on a stock. If in a real hot zone she can curl up into a ball and be near invulnerable.

Inez, the youngest member of the gang (mostly cause no one has told her to leave). She was orphaned at a young age and follows who she sees as the bigest badass she can find, it was a man called "The Shadow" till OAB killed him. She uses a 22 ladysmith Revolver (one of the other bandits toy from when they were a kid) but her most notable ability is her immunity to most venom as she's a Kingsnake Naga.
