Pretty good I like the attention to detail with the digestion and I really think you captured the secret mission feel of it all. I will say I was just a tad bit confused about the story however. Who was the woman on the ship, what happened to phoebus? Why did quasi betray her? I think those were questions that I had trouble figuring out the answers to either way great job.
Phoebus took over the city with his plan, at the end of the story he beheads Frollo. The woman on the ship was just a sacrifice / diversion from the real plan. As for the betrayal, I kept it vague on purpose, but I tried to imply that Esmeralda was more at fault for what happened at the burning of Notre Dame for abandoning them even if she remembers it as Frollo destroying Notre Dame. Hope this helps!
