With a wet slurp, the girl's legs slide down his throat, packing her so tightly within his gut she cannot even move. His stomach lining compresses her well enough that the bulge is a nice manageable size, the sound of her cries help lost muffled as well. All he had to do was digest her and if he was discovered or not really didn't matter at this point.
