Why are you uploading a piece that you didn't draw? I understand you like the drawing but this is a site to share artwork you created, not ones you find online. Go to an image sharing board if you want to do crap like that.

The reason that I am doing it is to share the artwork with more vore fans and there are allot of other people on this site that do the same thing as I am doing and I have also posted artworks and stories that I have had a hand in making myself

The forum is where you'd go to share things you found.

Report it for what? He said specifically it wasn't his so you can't report it for fraud or anything like that. And besides what's your issue?
