Okay it's been a while so I'll just get to the point. Oh damn, Orihime, how many are you going to eat before your satisfied? And how big is her butt and boobs going to get with all that meat?! XDD But seriously she's really getting big an I could only imagine what she'd be like after her 10th meal.

Anyways the work itself is good and I could see you trying a different coloring and shading technique with your drawing. Makes it feel a bit more real than with color pencil. Did you use water color or markers on this one? It's really good and really brought out the scenes here. Especially on Orihime given that it makes her look really lovely despite her weight gain. Her hair especially is gorgeous for it really brings out the color and length. Nice with working on the pink hoody on this one. And also nice choice for the meals...well, unlucky for the girls used in this recipe that is. XD

All in all you did good work and this is really a good show in your progress with your work so far. I hope that you keep up the good work and keep on doing it with Orihime. I could only imagine what recipe she'll use and WHOM she'll eat next. I can't wait to see it!
