It's another extremely underused creature - Sea Monster from HoMM IV game. It even has natural vorish ability!
Did these girls survived after wreck? Or they were thrown into the sea by pirates? It doesn't matter for Sea Monster.

I thought I recognized that particular type of sea monster. Been years since I've played Heroes of Might and Magic. Guess I'm not the only one who's played it then.
