You can thank my die for that. Spiders weren't in the top of my list, but when I rolled to see what would happen spiders came up. Lots of bad rolls caused Sydney to have trouble escaping, and when she rolled a 1 at one point she ended up staying to be a meal far longer than I'd anticipated. So yeah, you can thank the die for this one. =P

Sydney's adventurers really do have an interesting take on things with the reformation/immortality. It reminds me of a very old story about a troll eating 8 girls and it described the last one actually swimming or pulling herself further into the stomach packed between all the other bodies. I wonder if that's what it was like here or perhaps the spider was too quick in digesting them.

I like your idea of using a die to determine what to do/add. Sometimes I think I re-use the same concepts/characters too easily, or simply invent things for 'plot' simplicity too often. Maybe I'll try a random selection like that sometime.

The packed bodies thing is actually what I'd envisioned here, but I left that to the reader so a friend of mine might enjoy it more. Ah writing. =P
