No actual anal insertions. The carrots are corkscrewed onto the pigs tails.

Oh, so this pic is taking artistic license with the scene by having the carrots inserted into the dinners' buttholes.
I can dig artistic license, so long as it's well-done and necessary. And I consider making a pic even hotter by having the cute prey getting buggered with carrots both well-done AND necessary, so I approve of the artistic license taken here.
