I didn't actually want to have the internal and external view be perfectly linked, so even though there is a single female prey on the internal view, the external view doesn't have to be linked to that image. So for this you can imagine whatever prey you want inside of her belly. Or perhaps it can still be the single female pred, just with the implication that her hands had been pressing up and then moved around, leaving the marks on the outside!
