biiig merman who lives in the ocean and devours those who pollute/destroy his territory. he also vores people to tease them, but lets them out again in that case. other merfolk serve him and he protects them

the submarine is super tiny in rl too (around 3-4 meters i think) and... yeah hes about 300-ish meters long or something, and all the pale yellow freckles and spots glow
not sure about his name yet, though...
