I know this isn't usually your thing, but I'd love to see the biguana pass his meal directly to his balls and ejaculate the elf directly into the elf woman. It would make her effectively look pregnant (which is your thing) and a much bigger second meal.

A bit difficult since like most lizards, biguanas don't actually have "balls" - at least not external ones. But I appreciate the comment and it's a cool idea.
