In the faraway contintent of Elibe, one of the Dragon Generals Brunya/Brunnya/Brenya/Brennya was checking Bern's invasion of the Sacae region from a nearby fort. Right when nobody expected, an assassin tried to kill her hoping it would force Bern to turn back or something.

Judging from the pic itself, this obviously didn't happen.

The assassin then got captured in "slurpery" fashion and, under a panic attack, got convinced by the Sage to serve as one of Bern's many moles, twisting the knife even further.

But hey! At least the dude(tte) didn't die. That's good, right?
