All of my friends have Pokemon Gijinka OCs and I finally got an idea for one I wanted to make!

Here’s a cacturne! A sassy punk cowboy cacturne. 8U Gotta think of a name for him. He has little prickly barbs where any body hair would be and I feel like his hat is probably connected to him.
