walked down the hallway, hand pressing against the wall to guide
herself in the pitch blackness that had suddenly fallen. Maybe she
should have been in bed at this point. Hell, it would have been
preferable to going where she was headed, but she wanted to finish
the movie she was watching. To that end, she was going down to the
basement circuit breaker…

she opened the basement door, a cool breeze washed across her bare
skin. Maybe she should have put her robe on? As
