There is a fun situation going on here. Miaomi is dragged into the lewd box by Nana, the Kitty Succubus.

Nana is "Eating" Miaomi, in a sense. On the other hand, Nana's tail is going into Miaomi's pussy, offscreen. So you could say that Miaomi is getting fed.

Lastly, the box they are in turned out to be a mimic, who might or might not eat them. For now, she's just satisfied feeling them wriggle inside and letting them have their fun.

Mmm, so much potential eating!

If the lid of the box is closed and nobody can see what is inside, are the cats in the box lewd, or not lewd?

They are lewd. The box herself says so. She can feel them squirming inside.
