This gorgeous piece of art was drawn by  OmaeWaMoShindeiru! We had a conversation in the chatroom about this scenario; Younger Nukey eats Sarb, and Sarb starts saying awkward sexually-related things in the hope that she gets grossed out and spits him back up.

Evidently, it doesn't quite work that way.
