L'élégant, Dragoness français.
Izille lives in the snowy mountains, far secluded from many. With the power to cool down the air to incredibly low temperatures in a wide radius around her and withstand sub-zero degrees while maintaining body heat, and even invisibility, she is a mistress of her own environment. She loves gold, wine, food, and a good chat or flirt. Funnily enough, she's a married dragoness, but her husband lives rather far away and brings gold every so often since neither of them are adapted to each other's environments. Izille is a pred-only character with a knack for trickery and flirtation, often tempting travellers down her gullet in promise of a warm place to sleep. Said travellers may or may not have objections when they find they have become dragon-pudge the next morning.

She has a very nice design, Sharkie. Great coloring on her headshot. And that's a cute little drawing of her in the upper right corner. =)
