no micro means small while macro means big
since mikasa vored annie it is micro red and macro prey

Yeah, chaotic is correct.
Micro means small, Macro means big/giant
So this image is considered "Micro/Macro" since it is a small pred eating a big prey.

... this shouldn't be possible unless 1: Mikasa can strech every part of her digestive system and stomach to fit the female titan, and 2: this is an anime/manga where anything is possible(plz have Mikasa turn into her own female titan or become the size of the female tirwn after digestion)!
