A quick comic to end the summer. And what is better than having a last dip in the sea before the cold season kicks in? Unfortunately this girl's last summer dip, looks like turned into her last dip ever...

Why she has gills? Well she is not a regular elf for sure...

Lore:
One of the rarest elven subrace in Achrama is the vanni, or aqua elves. They are half water nymph, half elven hybrids. They live on islands in small secluded communities. They have the most primitive technology of all of the elves, as they where separated from the mainland for thousands of years. They are not worshiping giant creatures like most Achramani races does. They have formed a pact with the sea gods instead who are long forgoten by other races. Now the sea gods protect the elves from dangers, like the sea nagas (Sailor for breakfast) and the giant conquerors.

This particular vanni woman gone for a treasure hunting trip. Far from her village. Underwater she encountered a giant Moro-Moro fish, that swallowed her whole. The Moro-Moro fish is a simple minded predator that eats everything that fits into it's mouth. This fishes have a very slow digestion system. This is exploited by an ancient sailor tradition. Those who break the rules on the ship get fed to this fishes for a certain amount of time based on the size of their sin. The fish is than hooked and tied to the ship until the end of the "fishprison" sentence. After the sentence the fish is pulled out, cut open and butchered. Some sailors had to endure the oily stomach of the fish for a whole week. Starving and dehydrating in the stincking, viscous darkness. Those who steal more than the worth of their service get fed to the fish too, but the fish get's away with the sailor in it's belly.

Whether she survives her fish taxi trip or get's slowly digested by the Moro-Moro is another tale.
