For instance she's actually white except for certains of her body and insides that are black goo.

Created from gene splicing, she's an Albino Goodra that was given primarily Muk and Reuniclus genes.
Being so artificial in makeup, she doesn't "need" good. She feeds on DNA itself; she absorbs it through physical contact be it a hug or even sex.

However when the genetic goo that makes up her body expires it turns black and drips from her body. Because of this she's always "feeding", having so much mass dictacting that she absorbs people into her body so they fuse with her.

Her most potent power though is her determination. From the Reuniclus genes, she was give the ability Regeneration.
If she takes enough damage she'll collapse into a puddle of goo; however a few seconds later she'll put herself back together with 1/3 of her health. She refuses to give up, so pokemon battles usually go on until her prey runs out of PP, or she can get in close enough to grab them.

Her second power is connected to the "M "on her belly. After getting captured inside a pokeball and put in storage, she was able to internalize how the system works.
She wipes away the old black sludge and rolls it up into what she calls "Goo balls"; she can actually capture pokemon and even humans inside them.
Inside her stomach is her own storage system called "Gooey Glen", She can project herself inside this pocket dimension to talk with her captives

Picture wise this is what it looks like inside Gooey glen, quivering walls of black slush and constantly melting and reforming flesh. You've already been eaten by her, and she's running out of room for new pokemon. so she's about to "release" you/absorb you completely as pudge on her belly and rear.
