Mina the Dragon, dressed up as Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII. Tifa's original outfit from the classic game ^^. Mina's posing dynamically with a large belly here, I really like how her wings look ^_^. This lovely halloween pic was drawn for me by TheGoodSinner.
