My third pokemon OC.
This one is slightly different.
Mostly because I left my sketchpad at work, so this is my first fully digital work piece.
I'm iffy about the *mentally pictures him standing up* yeah, left arm. and the paw connected to it as well. his paw is supposed to be cupped because he's expecting you give him some food. x3

InQuod is just another fancy of saying "in prison" since that's where you'll most likely find this sub-species of pokemon.
When humans started building thier homes out in the praries were the patrat line live, they were forced to co-evolve with humans.

They became pests, able to chew their way into peoples' homes to raid their pantries.
Eventually watchogs figured out that prisoners were giving food without having to steal it, so willingly broke into jail.
Their fur colors is now black and white to mimic prisoner attire, some crooks bribing the watchogs with food to help them escape. They evolved from normal to steel type, their teeth strong enough to chew through iron bars, and their cheek pouches (insides in general really)are able to stretch even more to hold more dangerous objects like screws, nails, and even live prey if they ever get back out in the wild.

Their insides can be considered a prison as well, some police officers recruiting to hunt down prisoners to scarf down and keep inside their stomachs as a form of "solitary confinement".
