Drawn as part of an Ask Us Anything thread I have going on Vorestation's Forums, which I've been awful and not replied to for over 6 months, this is resident fluffydog Sam Softpaw's response to the question,
"Sam, do you think you'd like to be a pet for someone?"

Sam Softpaw is a 12-foot-tall cuddly alsatian taur with a big fat taurgut, perfect for hugging and lounging on. She works on the space station as a librarian, where she spends as much time writing and maintaining books behind the desk as she does out on the floor reading and letting people use her belly as a beanbag. Generally cheerful and kind, there's very few ways to get under her skin (both figuratively and literally), but trying to wrap a collar around her neck and put her on a leash like a simple pet is one of them.

Don't worry about the little anonymous bubblehead in her belly. Only her taurbelly digests things. She'll keep him in there a few hours and then cough him up, as she doesn't like to digest people even with the station's cloning facilities, so they're totally safe. Unless, of course, Sam falls asleep and unconsciously lets them into her cavernous taurbelly, which would likely treat them just like any other delicious morsel! Oh my!
