So this design is from a RP with a friend of mines that fused three creatures into one-
A Mer-Shark, Naga, and a transforming Neko-

Nargos are a fairly large predator with highly adaptable forms they can freely change into to suit their needs-

Bi-pedal form-
Most common form and is the most balanced of the three races with no real notable advantages or disadvantages
what is most common on all three forms is that they all have Cat-like eyes, rows of teeth like a shark , and gills on their neck which allow them to stay underwater for a extended period of time before the need of air.

Feral Cat form
the more Neko side of the family , their legs change shape allowing them to freely run on all fours at high speeds , their fur on their back and tail also grows thicker and fluffier as well as their face and head is more cat-like , they gain a lot of speed in this form but however have trouble standing on two legs and their instincts are more in control in this form

Naga-Shark form
More into the Naga and Mer-Shark form of the family this form can be used on land but is much more effective in sea, their long tail able to tread water easier as all as having more of webbing between their fingers and longer fins , they also grow open up larger gills on their chest which allows them to breath freely underwater-
