Commission to anonymous user! I wonder what she ate. It is causing some loud noises though! This pretty lady is on a vacation in another country and enjoying local "cuisine"!
I tried playing around with brushes and other things with photoshop :)

You could say she's.... tasting local fare. :p And fresh too considering it's highly likely that she ate a child unfortunate enough to be alone. :p
