After merging with Nihilego, Lusamine grows and goes off to crush, eat, and terrorize the beach goers of Hau'oli City. The citizens are eaten, shoved up her ass, and slurped down her shaft, where they will eventually become part of her beauty. Those she does not deem worthy perish under her massive foot. She will devour all of Alola, becoming the ultimate being.
