This was a request from a user on pixiv, though I took my own liberties. Kogasa tries a new tactic of surprising people, but forgets to account for some important details.

Accompanying dialog:

Kogasa: So after that, I swallowed the little girl. She was really surprised!
Sekibanki: Uh...congratulations.
Kogasa: Feeling her kicking inside my belly is really weird. Here, feel it.
Sekibanki: There isn't any kicking.
Kogasa: Oh, she is probably asleep now.
Sekibanki: No, she has definitely been digested.
Kogasa: Eh?
