"How strong are Miaomi's Legs?"
To this question, Miaomi had something to say. Serpis too:
Miaomi: “My legs are very, very strong! You see, I am a martial artist, so I have to train every day, and excersise a lot. The style of combat that my kind practices relies heavily ond kicks and slashes, to take advantage of our sharp, feline fingernails.
That’s why I have to put a lot of effort in keeping my legs as strong as possible! They are the only thing that stands between me and a hungry predator from the wilderness.”
Serpis: “…Friendly advice to any other nagas and sneks who may want to attempt eating this kitty. No matter what you do, make sure to restrain her legs first. You’ve been warned.”
