There's a lot of ways to depict the prey inside a stomach, personally I like to give them space to add some silliness. However the belly I draw seen from the outside are supposed to be realistic.

I do enjoy the comical side of things, but realistic is just as good, if not better. :)

Funny mode is nice but I honestly prefer seeing the realistic mode as it gives us a better sense of how the person is positioned in the belly.
Poor Miku. She looks so miserable. She really should eat people who won't cause her such tummy troubles, then again, that could just be from the meals clothing irritating the stomach as well as anything else they have on there person.

yeah realistic mode is nice too. and for the stomach trouble I think shooting with a paintball inside doesn't help too :P
