Rubina hails from the Border world of Ariaris, on the very outskirts of the Sol empire. Rubina uses her criminal organization to amass wealth and power in the Milky Way Galaxy, constantly at odds with Imperial law enforcement. Her tail is known to contain a potent neurotoxin, deliverable through a pointed tip at the end, like all other adults of her species. Through her feathered antennae, Rubina is capable of telepathy, using the sensitive cilia to sense emotions from nearby subjects and also to detect long-range subspace transmissions. It is also rumored within the forces of the Empire that Rubina has learned to use her telepathy in more sinister ways, but these rumors are as yet unconfirmed…
