So it seems that Salem has found a mouse to play with, and he's going to have quite a bit of fun with the little guy, in whatever depraved, humiliating or painful ways he can think of. And when he finally gets bored (days, weeks, months, whenever) he gets a nice snack out of the bargain as well! Ah, the joys of being a cat!
Originally this was just going to be a stand-alone thing, buuuut... damn, I may have to turn this into a story at some point down the line...

But yes, I very much agree. He makes a lovely dominating pred for little rodents. Plus, you know. That voice.

Haha, no, he most likely doesn't think so, but you're absolutely right, it's none of Salem's concern! He'll just have to get used to it, because that cat's got plenty of fun still to have.
Look on the bright side though. If the mouse never learns his place, at least he'll make a nice wriggly snack when Salem gets bored :p
