It seems as though whilst Seraphaena was dropping her younger sister off at school, that one of the students... bumped into her... resulting in punishment...

We can assume that Big Sis was already full and working on another mortal's body in her own gut at the time; otherwise the student would have been stewing away in her gut, instead of being sucked into the ass of a giant Void Demoness.

I also have another comic on the way with some fun 'school' stuff involved ;D
