Alistair sighed with satisfaction and rubbed his belly. He savored the taste and smell of his digested prey as it rose through his throat, and he could feel himself becoming stronger. Despite the druid's lack of combat skills, he had still possessed a decent amount of magical power. It would take the rest of the day for Alistair's body to fully absorb the rest of his meal, and so it was time to get back to his travels in search of his next morsel.
