I have no idea what to name any of these, at all. I almost named it Targy 2 or Targy ♥♥, idfk x3
This title is so lame though xD
What I DO KNOW, my RSI has flared up and put a massive damper on me getting these out quickly so I can go back to drawing real content. This one was already basically done so since I'm dying of boredum, I decided to try something new and did one of my special backgrounds, what do you guys think? I can start doing these on my flat colors if you think they look nice and not have such plain backgrounds.
This has also been nice practice for drawing males which is not common so maybe I'll get better at drawing Daisuka since he is Targy clone.
I'll also mention the hair on this was crazy hard to do the lines and color for. The original

I did in a manga style where the hair actually isn't connected together or to anything at all so that was the big challenge of this one was to get the hair to look good. I felt like I actually did a pretty good job connecting the strains.
Not sure what else to say except ow ow ow ow, typing hurts.

I do like the background and fully support you continuing with that. It complements your art nicely. However! It's actually SO nice that it actually makes his maroon jacket seem kinda mundane. Granted, I know this is a flat toned color scheme, but maybe something to consider for future renditions of this piece. I also really like how the hair turned out on this. Your effort really does show. I love the line work you did and only see your hair drawing ability getting better. Now then, if you ever do revisit this piece, perhaps improving the jacket, I would suggest perhaps tossing in some dual tones for the hair. Maybe light browns, reflective whites, you get where I'm going with it. It's a great piece and it can only get better! Btw, you are really having no problem at all with drawing male characters. Kudos!

And I very much agree with you on the jacket but if you noticed in the original this piece is actually over two years old so any future drawing since then has improved with clothing since then as you seen in the other where he is actually wearing the Wild Rose Attire set with over all it's important details done.
Im not too sure how brown would look because even in game in the sunlight Targy's hair shines a darker black and not too many people notice he actually has black highlights mixed in.
(Fun fact btw anyone who knows Targy from game, he has the highlight option selected with a darker black)
So over all his hair is pretty dark. But once I'm actually shading and all that jazz, I'll worry about that then.
I never go back to my drawings though, so this one will stay how it is since it's already so old and any ones from it will just be better is always my logic x3

The background? I like the floral pattern and its associated color - a rose taupe, maybe - in the lower left corner, but I feel the stars in the upper left and what looks like smoke swirls in the upper right don't quite fit. I think that floral motif would look good throughout. =)
