The daughter of the president of Planet Freedom, Sara is a bit spoiled, and used to getting whatever she wants.
Of course, sometimes "whatever she wants" is a handful of her country's citizens. Hey, they've gotta pay their dues somehow!
(Sara/Sera is from the Sonic the Hedgehog OVA, and has never appeared in any of the games.)

Oh, 100% agreed.
Sara was a much funnier and more endearing character who actually had a personality. Sure, that personality was kinda vapid, but I'll take it over Elise's blandness.
