A thing I'm designing for a friend's TG thing. Version 1 here, so bear with me.
Basically, I had the idea to give Manananggal P. her a victorian look, since regular vampires were basically Victorian lord, and It's be fun to see a Philippine Vampire as one.

Don't know if this design's gonna stick, but I felt like sharing it.
