I think the force found her as a promising specimen to hire, so as soon as she signed up, they let her in. (Or maybe she was an ex-convict jailed for doing what she does to keep herself fed, but was given the job opportunity to stay nourished and still maintain a respected place in society! Knowing what targets are acceptable for consumption definitely keeps her out of trouble.)

You deserve to be jailed for that. (But seriously, I think she was just tired of cuffing a criminal to herself, so she decided to carry them more conveniently. :P Since she can hold a good number of ponies, she's able to search out for more than one at a time, too.)

Yes, the longer, the better! ^^ I always love the thought of a seemingly endless trip, and if the pred can handle all of that tail, it makes them feel that much more in control. :D Who knows when the two inside will be released? And thank you so much. ^^

Thought I should ask and see if someone should try it out at least. Asked AugustBebel, then realized you made this, and I kinda got the idea after looking at this. So i'll just throw this idea out there to you too. What if ya got a bunch of criminals, to dark and evil or just to difficult for the police to find and stop? Ya call the Secret Vore Service! or Celestia's SVS or something like that. Simply put, ya got the police to handle normal baddies. There's gotta be a sort of CIA or FBI thing there too!!!
